Why no dopple early? You shouldn't need it. PL can easily dominate a lane. Stats = more harass/last hit with lance. Even against "pro laners" like visage, sf.

** Sheep is > than heart and bfly on PL in my opinion, a mob of 10 phantom lancers purging and sheeping you is GG to anybody, but if thats just too much micro, get radi/heart/bfly

Most people tend to think after manta "Thats it, time to farm 3300 for my bfly, etc"

Why not get another purge. It will get you more kills, make you do more damage, its one of the most imbalanced items in the game at the moment. I think after you have manta, gived the choice, even though its cheaper, purge > bfly anyways

1) Dopple up behind some one
2) Pop manta
3) Purge
4) Lance them
5) If they are not dead, repeat steps 3 and 4 until they are

The extra killing power/agility is quite useful, and the manaburn (since you already have it maxed out) is really disposable.


*Vlads YOUR NOT GOING TO SIT THERE AUTO ATTACKING PEOPLE FOR 20 MINUTES THEY WILL RUN AWAY IT SUCKS ON PL AND IF YOU NEED TO AUTO ATTACK CREEPS TO FARM THEN GTFO

*Yasha-- This is really a why not item. It adds move speed and agility. If you have the gold before your manta is needed, why not.


*DONT GET YOUR MANTA WITH MORE THAN 2 PURGES LEFT ON YOUR PSTICK

Now, how are you going to dominate the lane

hopefully your team doesn't suck and has wards at the rune spots. before you have got your bottle , just dont die until this point, use lance to last hit, etc. Once you've got it, spam your lance on people until they have to leave the lane/die and just free farm. Its not hard. it sounds like a pub strat, but works in all sorts of high tier leagues.

If people are within two hits of lance

first hit just keep running after you lance, your animation is too long dont try to hit them

second lance, then lance them



*Make sure to get every rune

If you can't do this, then dont even try this strat.

Please dont bother me with that "NOOB STRAT" "ONLY WORK IN PUBS" garbage. I use this in IDL/DXD all the time. I know DXD isnt great, but IDL is pretty good. I am not idec vouched, but IDL is better than DXD/TDA/DCL
